Career-wise, I spent many years in the financial sector, working for SWIFT in senior management roles, ranging from Standards to HR, spending some time in Corporate Comms or CSR and finally finding the right place for my personality in innovation. Today, who I am is more important than my past achievements. My priority is creating the right environment for talents, personalities, team dynamics to emerge. Being a rebel, misfit and fun-loving person, my main strength is to give people permission to be themselves.
